As an experienced web developer, I bought it specifically to learn how to design, implement, and ultimately use the Content Management features of SharePoint .This book offered very little in that regard. All the examples required the use of SharePoint designer when most (if not all) C# developers are going to want to use Visual Studio. In the end, there was very little C# and lots of overview. We're rolling out MOSS 2007, with custom site definitions, using feature stapling, custom cross site navigation, features with receivers. I've created content types, list definitions out of this book. I easily use this book more than any other. The reading is more in depth that a lot of other books that I've read on MOSS, but I appreciate learning and understanding the details. I have found that I've had to reread a chapter, or come back to a chapter to digest the information. The examples are good.
